I sincerely hope everyone’s new year has been off to a better start than mine, it’s been a rough day.

Been upset most of the day, wishing I could just fade away and be left alone – my eating started OK, has ended not so good. Mostly picked today, but at all the wrong shit.

Feeling tired, miserable, unstable, bitchy, lost and longing for something ‘better’. Is this really ‘IT’?
